Frequently Asked Questions
Are you expensive?
No, we price fairly and competitively. We are able to work to any budget should we need, whilst still maintaining quality and service. We also offer no minimum spend.
Do I get to keep everything after the event?
Unfortunately, not all of your paid event set up is for keeps. All the balloons are for keep and fresh flowers that are put into organic displays.
Most props are on a hire basis only unless specified. (We will happily allow you to keep any personalised props or signage once terms are agreed and paid. We will state clearly in your quote or invoice if it is hire only.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we charge a small delivery charge depending on location. We will state this in any quote. Delivery or collection to Sidcup is free of charge.
What if the space is very small?
We can accommodate any size space, big or small to make your event special.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are given under special circumstances and at our discretion.
How do I pay? And by when?
50% of payment will be requested to confirm and secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your booking date. Invoices will be sent out with payment details.
How much notice do you need?
We normally require at least 24hrs for small requests. For larger projects we require at least 3 days to create and source the very best quality resources.
Do I get a discount if I recommend a friend?
Yes, we always look after our loyal customers. This is given at our discretion.
I’ve seen a picture online - can you replicate it?
To an extent we can replicate. However, we use our own techniques and style so would never agreed to a complete carbon copy. We only use professional standard quality products and never use unbranded products that may alter our quality of service.
